We grew up in neighborhoods where aviation felt impossible. Where opportunities seemed distant and role models in aviation were hard to find.
Today, we fly for major airlines, serve in the military, lead aerospace programs, and work across every corner of the aviation industry.
Now we're giving back to the communities that helped shape us, so the next generation can see what is possible, believe in their potential, and realize that where they come from should never determine how far they can fly.

Too many Dominican students have never met a pilot, engineer, or aerospace professional. We're changing that by bringing access, mentorship, and opportunity directly to our communities.

Too many students in our inner cities grow up with the talent, ambition, and potential to achieve great things, yet too often they lack access to the mentorship, networks, and opportunities that open doors.
