To become part of DPA, you must be of Dominican descent, live abroad, and hold a pilot’s license, at least as a student pilot.

We are working on a project to include those who wish to support our mission, as support is always welcome in our organization.

We will be announcing the details very soon, but the first project will be launched in February.
